Customer Survey Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Entrants must have completed the BoozeBud survey within the promotional period specified by BoozeBud.

2. Promotion Period: The promotional period begins on the 1st of each month and ends at the end of the respective month.

3. Prize Details: One prize winner will be randomly selected from eligible entrants to receive a $250 BoozeBud gift card. The gift card will be valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue.

4. Notification of Winners: The selected prize winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the first day of the following month. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during survey completion.

5. Age Requirement: To participate in this promotion and be eligible for the prize, entrants must be over the age of 18. Proof of age may be required before the prize is awarded.

6. Prize Acceptance: The selected winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Redemption: The $250 BoozeBud gift card will be issued electronically to the winner upon verification of eligibility and acceptance of the prize. The gift card can be redeemed online at the BoozeBud website for eligible purchases.

8. Prize Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item or service.

9. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to BoozeBud's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions: BoozeBud reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or deceptive conduct. BoozeBud also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
