Jetty Road Gift With Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Gift with Purchase Campaign ("Campaign") for BoozeBud. By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms. BoozeBud reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Campaign, customers must:

  1. Purchase a slab of Jetty Road beer from BoozeBud.com during the promotional period.
  2. Be residents of Australia.
  3. Be at least 18 years of age.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on 16th of June and ends on 7th of July, or while stocks last.

4. Gift with Purchase

  1. Gift Items: With the purchase of a slab of Jetty Road beer, customers will receive a lucky dip gift. The possible gifts include:

    • A T-shirt
    • A beanie
    • A stubby holder

  2. Lucky Dip Nature: The design, size, and type of the gift are random and cannot be chosen by the customer. The gift received is purely based on luck.

  3. Non-Redeemable for Cash: Gifts are not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other items.

  4. No Exchanges or Returns: Due to the nature of the lucky dip, gifts cannot be exchanged or returned for different designs, sizes, or items.

5. Delivery of Gifts

  1. Gifts will be included with the shipment of the purchased slab of Jetty Road beer.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. BoozeBud is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the design, size, or type of gift received.
  2. BoozeBud's liability is limited to the value of the gift with purchase item. BoozeBud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modification and Termination

BoozeBud reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, BoozeBud will honour purchases made prior to the termination date.

8. General

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
  2. Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
