Citrus zest, pink grapefruit and white peach fruits with hazelnut and toast characters. The palate has very fine bubbles and long, tight acidity. You bring the cheese board, I’ll bring the Chandon. That’s the Chandon vibe: best served in flutes at the picnic or garden party with your fancy pals and even fancier charcuterie. You get the picture. It’s fitting, though, since it’s the sole Australian sparkling that has genuine French heritage.
