Domaine Des Grandes Esperances Aurore Chenin Blanc 750ml

Coming from a plot of flint clays, Aurore is a 100% Chenin cuvée. Harvesting was done manually at the beginning of October. The harvest then underwent a 12-hour skin maceration in order to concentrate the aromas as much as possible. Fermentation and aging are done entirely in barrels (including 1/3 of new barrels) for 18 months. With a pale gold colour, Aurore opens with aromas of white fruit, white flowers, and coconut. The round and full mouth is supported by a very beautiful mineral tension.
