Dowie Doole McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750ml

The DD Cabernet Sauvignon is a true reflection of the two terroirs of DOWIE DOOLE. The cool slopes of Blewitt Springs gift the wine with the cooler spectrum of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit and a fine lingering tannin line. Combined with the Mediterranean Tatachilla vineyard offering darker, richer notes to the wine. The DOWIE Vineyard offers fruit in the cooler climate Cabernet spectrum and more pronounced tannins, while the DOOLE vineyard offers fruit weight and more generous fruit. For the 2021 vintage, a blend of 70% Blewitt Springs and 30% Tatachilla was decided on as the best representation of the 2 terroirs of DOWIE DOOLE.
