The usual citrus notes have evolved to darker shades, with blackcurrant and cooking pears taking precedence. With each passing moment, the Flóki reveals a fruitier essence, with raspberries adding depth to the spicy allure of allspice and brown sugar.

Taste: Exhibiting a subdued elegance, the medium-bodied and slightly oily Flóki is surprisingly mature for its 3-year age. While signs of youth remain, they aren't immediately apparent or disruptive. Notes of ripe apricots transition into a spicy, ginger-infused Christmas cake. Sweet, autumnal hints of balsamic and molasses are present, with a spicy hit of peppercorn.

Aftertaste: The finish reveals a youthful vitality. The lasting, pleasant earthiness contains notes of dried moss and sultanas.
