Gippsland Wine Company Westernport Chardonnay 750ml

The 2020 Chardonnay is French oak barrel fermented. It has powerful, voluptuous dimensions with a graceful structure. On the nose, there are roasted hazelnuts, orange blossom, spiced baked pear, brioche and honeyed baklava notes. Ripe quince, mandarin, nougat, dried thyme, join those characters on the palate with the warm spice and vanillin French oak providing structure and persistence.
