Distilled in traditional pot stills from 100% malted barley, it is aged in first fill ex-George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey casks, non-chill filtered and bottled at a respectable 50% ABV. Glenglassaugh Evolution is well rounded and shows great depth for a NAS whiskey delivering a taste that is warm, sweet and barley rich with slight hints of spice, smoke, butterscotch, orchard fruits and juniper berries leading to a very short finish full of nutty wood notes.
