The Blackwood is native to North West Tasmania. These spectacular hardwoods create an extraordinary single malt. A deep, rich ruby red in colour, the nose has hints of citrus. On the palette chocolate merges with vanilla, complimenting the sweetness of the triple distilled single malt. The finish is pepper. Clearly Tasmanian pepperberries entwined themselves with the tree.
