Grand Marnier's process of barreling and aging eau-de-vie is an art in itself, completed in both Troncais and Limousin oak to achieve the right complexity. The properties of the oak interact with the eau-de-vie, impacting the flavour of our liquid. The aromatic Citrus Bigaradia is the only variety of orange used to make Grand Marnier. The result is an unrivalled powerful and complex liqueur with exotic, bitter orange essence.
