The moniker Voyager is fitting for this unique cask release. It was meticulously crafted at a distillery situated on the northwest coast of Tasmania. This single malt underwent distillation and was subsequently housed in American Oak casks, sourced from Kentucky and Tennessee, in 2003 where it matured for a span of 16 years. An additional maturation period of 3 years in a single French Oak cask, typically used for wine and liqueur maturation, bestowed this spirit with extraordinary character and uniqueness.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma presents a delightful blend of honey-coated orange Jaffa, seamlessly fused with Lindt dark chocolate and lemon marmalade on toast, all enveloped in a cloak of butterscotch. A hint of delicate green apple adds a crisp, floral zest to the mix.
Upon tasting, the palate is immediately graced with the sweetness of caramel, accented by hints of toffee apple and malt chocolate.
