Jacob's Creek Reserve Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 750ml

Jacob's Creek Winery created a lovely example of a modern Pinot Noir, using grapes from a single vineyard in Kuitpo in the Adelaide Hills for a pure expression of the terroir. This region is a cooler climate perfect to grow the delicate Pinot Noir grape. Taste intensely tart and sweet red fruit and black cherry predominate the palate, followed by a little gaminess and charred oak, with soft tannins to add balance and structure. Enjoy this wine with a New Zealand rack of lamb or a hearty tomato-based dish.
