Mismatch Lager is the standard-bearer of the core range from Mismatch Brewing Co, the independent Adelaide Hills brewery founded in 2012 at the Lot 100 site it shares with sister brands The Hills Cider Co and 78 Degrees Distillery.
Brewed as a German-style lager with a nod to the traditional Helles, it is clean, smooth and sessionable. It pours a clear golden hue with gentle carbonation, while Hallertau hops add subtle herbaceous and earthy tones.
Traditional lagering gives it a crisp, clean character and a nicely balanced malt-and-hop profile, making it an easy-drinking everyday lager.
