Modus Operandi founders Jaz & Grant always dreamed of making beer for a living and in 2012, they quit their day jobs, jumped on a plane to America and explored the USA craft beer scene. 6 months later, they returned to Sydney's Northern Beach and poured their first Modus Operandi pint in 2014. Originally released as a small batch keg brew over the summer, Modus Operandi XPA became so popular that it is now part of the core range and is a 4.2% ABV tropical XPA with a crisp, clean finish.
