Vintage Conditions: The year 2019 presented a warm and dry climate, providing optimal conditions for the complete ripening of the fruit. Vinification: The grapes underwent a meticulous hand-picking process followed by destemming into open pot fermenters. They were then inoculated with a selected strain of yeast and subjected to warm fermentation with daily manual plunging until the desired dryness was achieved. Palate: The wine presents a harmonious fusion of blackcurrant, earthiness, and savoury notes, accentuated by a delicate hint of vanilla oak. Appearance: This wine boasts a dark ruby red hue. Bouquet: The nose is enriched with the delightful aroma of cedar, bay leaf, and dried herbs. Oak: This wine was matured in French oak for a period of 12 months. Cellaring: This wine has an optimal cellaring potential of 5 to 8 years. It should be noted that it contains sulphites.
