Winemaking, Slow-maturation in new oak to create fullness and density with an oak finish Tasting Notes, Fragrant bouquet of pear and apple with spice and a touch of grapefruit. The palate is juicy and ripe with pear and citrus flavours, leading to a spice background. The mid palate displays great texture with a hint of savouriness delivering a full and flavoursome wine. The wine should be enjoyed over the next 2 to 3 years.
