Never Never's triple distilled gin is a lush, woodsy spirit, oily and intense with pronounced pine and juniper aromas and flavours. The palate begins with a bright citrus character, featuring lemon oil and a hint of citrus zest. This quickly moves toward the earthy root vegetable flavours and undertones of angelica and orris root. This gin is racy and intense, with a distinct scent of pine needles and rosemary. It finishes with woody spices and a light scent of cedar, with a peppery finish. It's a complex gin with a long finish and while the pungent botanicals are notable, this spirit has a rich creaminess that lends itself well to blending into a Negroni cocktail.
