Summer Thyme Gin is a 41.5% ABV fresh green thyme and lemon zest infused gin that hits the senses with lively lemon notes followed by piney juniper, thyme and subtle floral aromas flowing across the palate with juniper and light sweetness from Patient Wolf's signature tonka beans.
