Paul John Edited 700ml

An Indian single malt fine enough for CEO and Master Distiller Michael John to put his name on, Paul John Edited is created by vatting spirits distilled from peated Scottish barley and Indian 6-row barley at 15% to 85% respectively. It is then aged in hand selected American oak bourbon casks in Goa's hot humid climate resulting in a very quick maturation. The resulting dram carries grassy barley flavours at the forefront with just light touches of peat shining through and quickly giving way to old fashioned liquorice, mocha and mint tones that will delight the tongue.
