Penfolds Bin 23 is a cool-climate Pinot Noir sourced from prime South Australian vineyards, with the Adelaide Hills at its heart. It reflects Penfolds' lighter-framed, aromatic take on the variety.
Matured in French oak barriques to build subtle spice and structure, it is light to medium-bodied and vibrant. Expect fragrant aromas of red cherry, strawberry and raspberry, threaded with rose petal, forest floor and a touch of savoury spice.
The palate is silky and supple, with fine, gentle tannins and fresh acidity carrying a bright, perfumed finish.
