Bin 51 is Penfolds' flagship Riesling, sourced from the cool, high-altitude vineyards of the Eden Valley in South Australia. The region's elevation and long, gentle ripening season are ideally suited to the variety, producing a wine of purity and precision.
Crafted in a crisp, dry style, it bursts with fragrant lime, lemon and citrus blossom lifted by delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and zesty, with racy, mineral acidity carrying a long, clean finish.
