Purple to magenta in colour with a crimson hue. Intense rich dark fruit aromatics plum, pepper and secondary notes of leather and oak. Fresh and vibrant the intensity of the fruit prevails with plum, sarsaparilla and black pepper notes all playing roles with some leather saddle and oak. A fine bead combines with the bright juicy fruit and spicy notes to balance the sweetness and tannin structure.
