The aroma reveals lifted plum, mulberry, sage, and milk chocolate notes. The palate is characterised by a riot of plum and mulberry, complemented by hints of green olive and dried herbs. Robust tannins provide structure, while juicy acidity and a generous amount of savoury oak lend support.
