Created by fermenting select Australian malted barley with a brewers' yeast strain normally reserved for craft beers and matured in carefully chosen Apera casks, Starward Solera is then blended using, you guessed it, a multi-story Solera vatting system. The resulting spirit is light and refreshing with well rounded fruit notes, a creamy sweetness reminiscent of creme br√ªlée and gentle spiciness that just has to be experienced.
