The Glenlivet distillery is a single malt distillery that was established in 1824 in Moray, in the northeast of Scotland. The Glenlivet operated continuously through the Great Depression and although it shut down for a period of time during World War II, it has grown to become the 2nd largest selling brand of single malt whisky in the world today! The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Whiskey is a 40% ABV Single Malt Scotch Whisky, part of which is matured in barrels that previously housed Caribbean rum, providing the whisky sweet, tropical characters for a smooth single malt finish.
