Cold-hopped with international Triskel and Cascade aroma hop varieties. A uniquely light and fruity specialty Pilsner. Bold aromas of mango, apricot and elderberry , framed by fresh and fruity impressions of citrus peel. Delicate herbal notes evoke the scent of thyme. The taste is complex, with thirst-quenching notes of grapefruit bitterness, accompanied by sweet and flowery impressions with a touch of mint. Especially tasty as a refreshing aperitif! Goes well with salads and light dishes, especially fish and vegetarian fare. Also ideal with fruit-based desserts.
