Simon Sibia and Julian Moss co-founded the Australian vodka brand Vodka O in a Bondi Beach garage in 2003. Vodka O Vodka is a 37.5% ABV impurity-free, triple-distilled and quadruple-filtered vodka that's produced using 100% New Zealand seasonal cow's whey rather than grain, and is sugar, gluten and lactose-free.
