Westland American Oak 700ml

American craft whiskey is all the rage in distilling circles. Some of these grain to glass offerings deserve attention but sadly, many do not. Then there are those like Westland American Oak that deserve all the accolades they can garner, regardless of where or by whom it is produced. Created from a signature five barley malt mash bill (Munich malt, Washington select pale malt, extra special malt, brown barley malt and, pale chocolate malt), slowly fermented using Belgian Saison brewer's yeast and aged in virgin American oak casks, Westland American Oak is the standard that all American Whiskeys, if not all whiskeys period, should be judged by. It is that good.
