Wolf Lane distillery handcrafts this tropical gin in the Cairns region, in small batches, to ensure the purity of spirit and to thoroughly infuse the fresh botanicals, thirteen of them, into the final product. It has the traditional ingredients of juniper, coriander seed, Anjelica root, and lemon myrtle, while delicate touches of ruby red grapefruit, luscious mango, tart finger limes, and macadamia add a fruity sweetness. Cardamon, lavender, and mint blend harmoniously on the nose to create a vibrant combination of flavours, with something new with each sip. This is a citrus-forward gin, perfect for summer, and ideal to blend with fruit juices and plenty of ice. Try garnishing with muddled mint or a wedge of grapefruit.
