This Coonawarra Shiraz pours a deep, dense purple and opens with lifted aromatics of wild blackberry, savoury bramble and a delicate floral lift, with a soft underlay of cedar and warm spice from gentle oak handling. The palate is medium-bodied and silky in texture, with refined dark fruit flavours running into a finish coloured by nutmeg, bay leaf and fine, food-friendly tannins.
