Made entirely from Gingin clone, this fabulous wine is a real showstopper! The fruit undergoes a whole bunch press and is then lovingly barrel fermented in select French oak barriques (with just a hint of new oak, about 22% to be exact). They say, "Wild fermentation was encouraged on all of the components, in order to introduce more complexity and personality into the wine." Isn't that fantastic?
