Yellow Rose Distilling, LLC. is a distillery located in Houston, Texas and as Houston's first legal whiskey distillery, Yellow Rose specializes in handmade, blended and bottled premium whiskey. Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey is a 46% ABV award-winning whiskey and gets the moniker of 'Outlaw', as it breaks all of the traditional bourbon laws. All bourbons should be made from at least 51% American Yellow Corn, however 'Outlaw' is hand-crafted in small batches with 100% locally sourced organic corn and aged in small American oak barrels, producing a full-flavoured bourbon whiskey with rich, warm caramel and vanilla overtones.
