The small batch production of Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees gin means each bottle is finely crafted with quality and complexity. A column and basket still, designed specifically to create this gin, allows each fresh ingredient to shine. The water used in blending the gin is pure Adelaide Hills, never heated above 78 degrees to allow cool distillation of the spirit. Smoky notes of pine and delicate earthy spices make this a more robust gin, with the telltale notes of resinous juniper. Traditional use of Orris and Angelica are complemented by the use of orange peel, black pepper, and coriander.
