Sacha's inspiration for launching 78 Degrees came after spending time at a grappa distillery in Frulia, Italy, and 78°C is the magic number where alcohol boils ready for distilling. Adelaide Hills distillery 78 Degrees Muscat Finish Whiskey is a 44% ABV whiskey that's aged in premium muscat casks from South Australia, delivering soft, warm aromas of caramel, figs, apricots, vanilla and a little bready spice flowing across the palate like cinnamon biscuits fresh from the oven with chocolate, dried apricots and banana for a long-lasting finish.
