Well, let me tell you, this year's weather was absolutely perfect for our wine production! The grapes ripened just right, resulting in these amazing tannins that are both rich and smooth.

Now, in previous years, we've noticed that when we use whole-bunch ferments during milder seasons, we can get a hint of aggressive green tea flavors. So, we decided to bring down the proportion to 40% this year. Still, that's higher than any other "affordable" Pinot on the market.
