A big part of that was Archie Rose Distilling Co. White Rye Whisky. Exceptionally well mannered for both a Rye and a young white spirit, Archie Rose Distilling Co. White Rye Whisky is produced from a proprietary blend of rare malted rye and hand selected barley. Subtle spices with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg greet the palate and are quickly joined by the flavours of buttered black bread, marzipan, sweet pickles and star anise. Wonderful neat or in cocktails.
