Beck's Brewery also goes by the name of Brauerei Beck & Co and was launched in Bremen in northwest Germany in 1873 by Heinrich Beck, Luder Rutenberg and Thomas May. Innovators from the word go, Beck's have been instrumental in changing the face of the German beer industry around the world for almost 150 years, including being the first to use green bottles for their beer in Germany to protect the beers from UV light. Beck's Brewery Beer is a 4% ABV traditional German Pilsner that pours a beautiful golden colour with a big, frothy head and delivers hop-driven aromas with rich, complex and subtle fruity flavour for a well-balanced bitterness and crisp, clean finish.
