Beenleigh Artisan Distillers was established in 1884 and is 30 minutes south of Brisbane CBD. Beenleigh is the longest-running rum distillery in Australia and a heritage-listed distillery that benefited from the molasses produced by local sugarcane mills. Beenleigh is named after the plantation that existed before the distillery was even launched. Beenleigh Artisan Distillers Spiced Rum is 40% ABV and its golden tones hit the senses with spicy notes, oak and vanilla, before flowing smoothly across the palate with spices and light citrus for a warm, long-lasting finish. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a splash of dry ginger.
