Brindabella Cider is BentSpoke's crisp, dry apple cider, named after the rugged ranges that frame their Canberra home. The Drifter Series cider is built on an in-house blend of Batlow-grown Granny Smith and Red Delicious apples, crushed and fermented on site for genuine orchard character.
Pouring a clear pale gold, it leads with bright apple aromatics and a touch of zesty citrus. The palate is balanced between sweet apple fruit and a clean tart edge, finishing dry and refreshing with no cloying sweetness.
It's a proper craft cider for warm afternoons and casual sessions, with enough fruit character to keep things interesting and enough restraint to let you drink another.
