Sprinkler Party is Bodriggy's bright, hop-forward West Coast Pilsner, brewed at their Abbotsford brewpub for warm afternoons, loud laughs and the kind of backyard chaos that ends with someone "accidentally" turning the hose on. It's a modern take on the West Coast pils template, dialled up on aroma without losing the lager's clean snap.
Pouring a clear pale gold with a tight white head, it leads with a generous nose of pine, citrus zest and resinous tropical fruit. The palate stays crisp and dry thanks to a clean lager body, while assertive bitterness drives a long, refreshing finish that keeps the hops singing all the way through.
It's a punchy, hop-led pilsner that drinks much easier than its hop bill suggests, made for sunny days and slow afternoons.
