Bird in Hand Pinot Grigio 750ml

The Adelaide Hills is renowned for many of Australia’s finest white varietals and the cool climate is an ideal environment for producing the Italian style Pinot Grigio.

Pinot gris grapes from a two cool climate sites at Macclesfield and Cuddlee Creek were harvested in the cool of night to ensure extraction of the most vibrant fruit.

Pale in colour with a green hue, this Pinot Grigio shows bright fragrant aromatics of corella pear and green apple and pretty white blossom. On the palate, the wine is light and crisp with a chalky mineral acidity.

Crisp, fresh and full flavoured, this Pinot Grigio is best enjoyed young. It is a great partner to Italian antipasti and fresh seafood dishes such as crayfish and scallops.

This stunning bottle was created in collaboration with acclaimed Australian fashion designer Dion Lee.
