Hailing from Dandenong, Melbourne, Brick Lane Brewing Co launched in 2017, with 25 founders including big names in the sports world of Eddie McGuire, Billy Slater, Dan Carter, prominent figures from hospitality and the alcohol industry, with Jon Seltin, formerly the inaugural head brewer at Hawkers Beer, taking the reins leading the brew team. Pouring a golden straw colour with a soft, delicate haze from malted and flaked wheat in the brew, Brick Lane Brewing Co One Love Pale Ale is a soft bodied pale ale bursting with bright hop aromas and layered flavours of citrus, stone fruit and passionfruit.
