Brocken Spectre Tasmanian Summer Gin 500ml

Saffron-infused gin is unusual, with the lush aromas of the yellow spice. This is the first Saffron gin created in Australia, using 100% Tasmanian grown saffron and locally sourced botanicals. 16 different herbs and spices form the base of the gin, with juniper prominent but not overwhelming. Coriander seed, star anise, and vanilla bean accent the saffron flavour, with lemon myrtle and strawberry gum giving notes of freshness and balancing out the heavier spices. This blend is added to a grape-based spirit and aged overnight to blend the different flavours. Thorough distilling gives the gin a smooth flavour and removes impurities for quality. This gin is created to be gluten-free and vegan. Enjoy in a refreshing summer cocktail with tonic, fresh limes, and mild chillies.
