Brogan's Way Cocktail Bar & Gin Distillery launched in 2018 in an old mechanic's workshop and is the brainchild of ex-engineer and automotive industry executive Simon Carr and his scientist and distiller daughter Brogan Carr. Before launching the pair travelled to 30 distilleries across the globe to find the perfect copper still for Brogan's Way, which is called "Gilly" after Brogan's Mum and used to this day to hone her hand-crafted gin recipes. Brogan's Way Everyday Salvation Gin is a 42% ABV Australian Dry Gin that's bursting with juniper and fresh organic white grapefruit peel flavours and bright notes of native pepper berries and Australian cinnamon myrtle.
