Brookie's Byron Slow Gin 700ml

Brookie's combines the traditional style of the English 'Sloe' gin distilling with the unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum, for a distinctly sweeter flavour. Before bending into the Slow Gin, the plums are steeped in the company's proprietary Byron Dry Gin, infusing them with aromatics for a more nuanced depth of flavour. This is a lighter gin, with exhilarating aromas of rose, watermelon, and bright plum, which lend it to more fruity cocktails. Enjoy with fresh muddled strawberries with soda water and a twist, or chilled with fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice.
