Bushmills 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish Irish Whiskey 1L

Celebrating over four decades of collaboration with Spain's finest sherry cask makers, the Paez family, Bushmills created this 10 year old single malt whiskey, aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks, married and finished in aromatic Oloroso Sherry butts from the Paez-Morilla bodega, Jerez, Spain.

The result: the honeyed maltiness of the regular Bushmills 10 year old is intensified in this darker flavoured liquid. Deep amber gold colour. Tasting notes on the nose: a full-bodied aroma of rich Dried Fruit and Vanilla Spice. Tasting notes on the palate: a luxurious flavour experience with a complex Sherry character of Raisins and Nuts, coupled with the signature Honey and Vanilla maltiness of Bushmills single malt. Tasting notes on the finish: a long, Dried Fruit finish with notes of Apple Pie and Sweet Wood.
