Caballito Cerrero Azul 46 Blanco Tequila 750ml

Caballito Cerrero Azul is made with maguey Azul (Agave Tequilana Blue Weber), which is typically reserved for Tequila. This is produced in Jalisco, which is Tequila-country, but this release is far from a Tequila in how it's produced. The agave are cooked in a brick steam oven, milled in a double pass mill, fermented in open stainless steel tanks with both wild and proprietary yeast, and distilled in stainless steel and copper.
