CAPI Sunset Tonic is the Australian mixer specialist's flagship pink tonic, built around real quinine, bright Mediterranean citrus and a signature hit of Mount Zero pink lake salt sourced from Victoria. The recipe carries 25 percent less sugar than the original Classic Tonic and pours a soft, sunset-pink hue from the fruit and salt alone, with no artificial colour in sight.
