Brothers Jim and John Ewan import the purest refiner's grade molasses to create their flagship Dark Matter Spiced Rum. They use long pepper, fresh ginger, fresh green peppercorn, and natural allspice berries as a flavouring rather than artificial ingredients to create a rum that is exceptionally pure and clean in taste.
