Notes of zesty lemon and lime intermingle with an enticing array of mixed spices, accentuated by a hint of briny appetence. Darkness Whisky derives its name from the unique finishing process it undergoes within hand-coopered octave sherry casks, a technique that naturally imbues the whisky with a deep, dark hue.

These octave casks, expertly crafted for Darkness in Jerez, Spain, have a capacity of only 64 liters, which amounts to just one-eighth of the size of a traditional sherry butt, hence the term Octave. This creates an intimate conversation between whisky, rich sherry and wood.
